Cub Scout Day Camp

Set sail for a week of fun, adventure, and advancement at our Mad Scientist day camp, the perfect introduction to Cub Scout summer camp at one of our beautiful camp properties!

Day Camp is for Cub Scouts entering Kindergarten through 5th grade (Lions through AOL).

Parent participation is encouraged. Fee discounts are available for families that provide a parent volunteer to assist with the program
All Lions and Tigers (youth entering Kindergarten and 1st grade) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Program Schedule

The day camp program runs from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Mad Scientist Day Camp Program

Each day’s program will be filled with a variety of exciting outdoor activities built around our Mad Scientist theme. Program activities may vary by location and weather, but are planned to include fun, age-appropriate activities such as:

Range and Target Activities (archery, slingshots, BB’s)
Nature exploration
STEM Activities
Crafts
Games & Active Play
Scout skills

Transportation

Optional bus transportation is available for the Rotary Scout Reservation site for an additional fee. Buses will pick up and drop off Scouts at hub locations as shown below. Parents may also transport Scouts to camp.
