Brian Murray
Resident Camp Director
Brian joined the staff at RSR in 1994 and has previously worked as a scoutcraft instructor, COPE director, and program director. He has served as camp director since 2001. Brian has earned Scouting America National Camping School certifications in COPE, Camp Program, Shooting Sports, and Camp Management and has served on several NCS faculties as an instructor of Resident Camp Administration. Brian is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member of the OA, and Silver Beaver honoree. He works as a social studies teacher at a Capital District high school, and has previously served as the Vice President of Program and the Vice President of Safe Scouting for the Twin Rivers Council, Scouting America.
Quin Ciccolella
Resident Camp Program Director
After previously working at Camp Wakpominee, Quin Ciccolella joined the staff at Rotary Scout Reservation in 2021 as the camp commissioner and continued in that role through 2023. In 2024, he took on the role of office manager, helping with camp operations and unit support. He’s an Eagle Scout, a Vigil Honor member of the OA, and has served Kittan Lodge in multiple youth leadership positions. He has earned National Camping School certification in Camp Program.
During the school year, Quin works as the Before & After School Director for a local school district, and he also supports the Twin Rivers Council part time as the Technology and Communications Specialist. Quin is currently finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management, bringing his studies into the work he does year-round.
